This site is intended to be used by Housing staff and RHA members as a collection of resources, provided by ResNET, to assist with projects, events and services that benefit the residence hall communities. Choose a Resource below to get started!

  • Information Technology Support - Problems with your computer's hardware or software? Need help with a personal laptop, printer, or with a device in a Community Office? For any technology problem, call 962-HELP and they can route your issue to the appropriate group.

  • Technology Assistance at Housing Events: Please work with a Community Director or other Full-Time Housing staff member to submit an IT support ticket to request technology assistance at your event. Requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the event and a full-time Housing staff member must serve as the primary contact.

  • Digital Signage - Information regarding the ResNET digital signs and submitting content to those signs.

  • Add or Remove an Employee - for Full-Time Housing Staff and Community Manager use only. Used when onboarding an employee to allow access or when terminating employment to remove access. Under the Type of Help Needed: dropdowns select "Housing Staff IT Support" and "Staff Access - Add/Remove" and then fill out the requested information in the Problem Description.
